Your listing and business management are free through the web and AIXE. Ordering is optional. Each IOD order or review uses one action credit. Credits never expire, and you choose when to buy another $99 pack of 1,000. There are no automatic refill charges.
Without a refill, your account, free listing, and management tools remain active, but ordering stops until you refill. Reviews can be disabled; activated ordering remains enabled while credits remain. POS integration fees are separate.
